Blackberry: Yahoo Mail delivered to both inboxes?

I just installed Yahoo personal mail account on my Blackberry 8700c. It work fine but it deliver the new Yahoo emails to both the Yahoo inbox and my work Lotus Notes inbox. Is there any way to stop it from going to my Lotus Notes inbox? I would appreciate any help. Thanks
