Blackberry after hours?

I saw this thing on CNN about workers using their Blackberry's on after hours. The reason why I'm concerned is because I'm thinking of getting a Blackberry, and my dad told me that you'd get charged using it during after hours. Is that true? If not, can someone clarify that for me?

no you wont get charged after hours  whatever  that  is ..  the  report on the news  was  ppl  working  from home on their berry  and not being paid..  your data plan is unlimited  use is as much as u want

i dont think so but the T-mobile dash is better.. blackberry is not that good.. think about it..
