Blackberry curve device OS 4.5 install help?

Question

i got the desktop manager version 4.5 but now i need to know where to go from there to update my BB. i see these links that say download the above file but itll be a dropdown menu and im unsure of which file to get. if someone could tell me exactly which file to get and where and also how to go about the install/update of my BB id really appreciate it.
