Blackberry curve is s******g up bad!!! HELP PLEASE!?

My blackberry is going to a white screen with a rotating hour glass every couple of seconds and the keyboard will light up and then going black again. When it is not on this white screen, the red light on the top of my phone stays lit up. I have tried everything I can think of; taking the battery out and waiting , then putting it back in; pushing the exit button; taking out the SIM card and memory chip and reinserting them. Nothing is working. I am soooo mad! It has never been dropped or gotten wet, either. Please, I need advice.

Hopefully it is still under warranty. Why not take it back to the store and have them check it. It sounds like something is wrong with the hardware/software.

If you cannot do that, you can search on how to re-load the operating system. It takes a few hours to download all the required pieces but it may help.

Thats very strange.  You've even done battery pulls too eh.  Is your battery really low perhaps? What happened before this all starteD?
