Blackberry curve mass storage mode?

im trying to put music on my phone but it says to activate mass storage mode any detailed steps to put music on there would be apreciated

activate mass storage mode select no and ck  dont ask  me again. when it is on you wont be able to use the bery until you unhook it from  pc.  now  music  with mode off  you can  just click and drag to you bb music folder.  format  no need  the  berry  will do it  the first time you place the card inside of it.
