Blackberry desktop does not respond?

When i get on the desktop manager, it just says "Email Settings" in a small box and nothing is happening. Then when i close the deskyop manager, it says that it is not responding. Please help. im a trying to put a theme on my BB pearl.

  1. Uninstall the software and reinstall....


  2. try reinstalling the software to the newest version... go to the blackberry website and find your phone hit downloads and follow the instructions from there.
