Blackberry device memory help?

so my bb works well but the only problem is, it keeps on saying that i have 0 bytes left on my status thing even tho i deleted my pictures saved on my device, and it wont let me save anymore pictures because it says the memory's full BUT sometimes it says 9000 bytes left and then 5 mins later, it changes to 0 bytes even tho i didnt even touch it or anything.so how can i fix it?

  1. The quickest way to free up some memory is to perform a hard reset. Remove the battery from the device (while it is still powered on) for about 30 seconds, then reinsert. Also, look at the links below for ways to maximize the memory:

    If you have a BlackBerry device that accepts a microSD memory card, then I suggest getting one and storing and music or pictures on the microSD memory card to free up as much space as possible.

  3. Jeremy has some good points.  Also, you can use Desktop Manager to delete some files, for example, I have no need for any language packs besides English.  Just don't go crazy deleting everything and backup your phone.
