Blackberry e-mail and instant messaging?

I have never used a blackberry and im thinking of getting blackberry pearl with TELUS and ill be paying around $65 for unlimited email, unlimited texting, my fave 5, unlimited instant messaging, voice mail 10 and call display.

Anyways, i read that for every certian MB extra from the e-mail storage i have pay a certain amouht. How does Blackberry e-mail and instant messaging (MSN?) work? and how do i delete the storage on blackberry to not go over my given storage amount without losing the e-mails?

is ti like hooking it up to ur computer and removing the files?

for the email, can i use my hotmail account?

There is no storage fee.

When you delete an email, it may delete it from your email account too (it does for gmail and yahoo). You don't hook it up to your computer to delete emails.

Instant messaging is only the Blackberry Messenger (where you talk to other Blackberry users).

If you want to use MSN messenger, you need the Web Browsing and Applications Usage (Facebook, MSN) added too.

If you have the hotmail premium acct, you can use it with blackberry. Yahoo and Gmail are free.
