Blackberry for Verizon without Blackberry Service

Can i get a blackberry curve from verizon without getting the blackberry service ? .. its way to expensive and i dont need it

You can definitely use a BlackBerry without subscribing to a BlackBerry dataplan.

Of course you'll only be able to make phone calls and send text messages.

Verizon shouldn't have any problem setting you up.  However - you may have to pay more for the phone if they've discounted the price assuming you'll be paying for the BB service.
