  1. Most likely not meant for your phone, you see this alot with getjar.com and other sites.

    They claim it works on your phone but it is not.


  2. try using your "Internet Browser" or "WAP Browser" to do the download instead of the default "Blackberry Browser". This usually fixes the problem.
