Blackberry help, please?

before my ring tone will come on, my phone vibrates twice. i have read the book and pushed every button. please help

All you have to do is on your main screen, go to the profile icon.(looks like a speaker) If you have a trackball in the front click on it and then scroll down to advanced and see which profile is active.  Highlight the active profile and push the trackball and scroll and find the option that says phone.  Once you click on phone, you can edit how you want your phone to ring, which ring etc. Then press the very left key next to the trackball and save your changes. That's all you need.
