Blackberry is not turning on!

Question

It only shows a blank white screen with an icon moving, turning on and off, only the blank screen turns off and on! I removed the bettery, simcard! ... I called customer service, they told me to install the software and blah blah, i did all what he said, and then he said wait for 1-2 hours, you're phone will be ok, but nop!!!!!!!! The phone is new, i haven't broke it or anything like that.

Plzzz help!

It Sounds Like There Is A Problem With The Phone Itself...If You've Already Installed The Software And It's Still Not Working, You Should Probably Take It Back To The Store You Got It From. Since The Phone Won't Come On At All, You Can't Do The Reset On It That They Usually Try. If It's New Though You Shouldn't Have A Problem With Taking It Back And Swapping It With A New One.
