Blackberry pearl 8100 usb connectivity problems and media card problems..?

Question

My blackberry didnt come with any cd... is there a place where i can download the software?

also I want to be able to use the usb for my pc. is there anywhere i can download that software?

and last, I have a media card. it shows up on the phone but i cant access anything....

help please, blackberry users only

The software you need is the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, or the BlackBerry Desktop Software, available at www.blackberry.com

Get version 4.2.2 if you can find it there, it's more stable than the newer 4.3.

This allows you to access the Media Manager tool, where you can transfer files to/from your media card.
