Blackberry pearl 8130 homepage question?

I recently got the mentioned phone and its my first blackberry phone. I got it through verizon and I like the default verizon theme that it came with as i'm not into the jumbled look of all the apps on the main screen.

My question is, is it possible to customize the apps on the home page screen with my choice of 5 apps, instead of the ones the phone puts in. (ie the phone set up wizard is still the first choice on the homepage and i obviously don't need that anymore. )

If so what are the steps to change it to my liking.
