  1. I have the pearl, but really want the curve. As soon as im due for my upgrade im going for the curve.

  2. The Curve is far nicer. It is only 0.05 inches thicker than the Pearl so you'd never notice the difference. The phone itself gets much higher marks than the Pearl and has the 3G technology that puts it miles ahead. Plus it uses a standard Lithium-Ion battery which gives it slightly better battery life than the Pearl (although this is highly subject to the user). The reasons are endless. If you're considering upgrading to a fully QWERTY keyboard BlackBerry, consider the BlackBerry Bold 9000, set to release in July with AT&T and September with Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Google search it and see if you like that more. Personally, I much prefer the Curve to the Bold. But it's worth a look.

  3. ya im in the same boat and i compared sizes its about .5 oz heavier and not too much bigger in over all size... i think i want the curve more...was also thinking about the new instinct the aka iphone killah but i dont really like all that touch screen stuff...but those models are pretty much the same thing newest tech full web browsers everything the same expect the full keyboard on the curve it appears the screen also look bigger on the curve i dunno but i think im getting the curve...next week plus if you have sprint its sprintspeed rated edvo all that good stuff no restrictions on web browsing on both... can'tgo wrong with either one... but the pearl look kinda like a chick phone to me at least....

  4. Style and usage depend on you.  The pearl is smaller and sleek looking, has the 2 Alpha/num key pad, where the Curve has individua letters, wider and thicker than the pearl.  Its bulky, but in a good way.

So it will come down to style and use.  Both have the same software, just the looks are different.
