Blackberry pearl 81300 questions?

so I just got the blackberry pearl, and already im having tons of problems with it...i have service but i cant get on the internet...and there are tons of icons and applications that i want to get rid of but cant find a way how....any help?? thanks.

call blackberry customer service through your provider

you can hide the icons that you don't use or you don't need...

(hover on the icon that you want to hide and press blackberry logo button and click on hide)

and getting on the internet, do you have data service??
