is it easy to dial the numbers on the keypad, they look very tiny?

Yes, you get used to it. If you go through the setup wizard you can practice typing and you'll get much quicker with experience.

At first it is kind of difficult but you do get used to the smaller numbers. When you first activate the phone, it gives you a tutorial on how to use the keyboard which is pretty awesome and very helpful.
