Blackberry pearl loading question?

So i have a Blackberry Pearl and it was having problems so they sent me a new one. I'm trying to load my stuff from the old phone to the new phone (mainly like my picturesand old passwords). The AT&T store transfered my adress book for me but nothing else. How do i transfer them to my new phone and also how do i load pictures from my phone to my computer?

This will show you an actual picture of your blackberry pearl. and step by step animation on the screen to show you where to click on your phone. ( love that feature)

Now select, " Importing Mp3s from pc"

This will show you step by step what to do. If you have your old BB pearl Plug it in and  copy  the entire BB file. Once that is done  change the name of the File for something else like , BB2. You want to do this so that when you plug in your new BB the system will not confuse both file. So when you plug the new BB pearl  copy past or Drag and drop the things you want on your new device. As  for password, you  might have  to re-initiate manually the passwords themselves. Example, for  voice mail.. you have to re-do it as if you never had voice mail and  enter it yourself.

you should use BB desktop manager with media manager to send your pictures from your old BB to PC and PC to new BB if you don't have the flash card. (you should have the software and the cable)

your password, you need to set it up again. (you cannot transfer password.)
