Blackberry pearl media?

hey i have a blackberry pearl and i am trying to use the media thing that they gave me. i is so so confusing!!! it is asking me to activate some special mode i cant think of the name but its like max memory or something and i dont no where to go to activate it.

also is there another way i can put music on it using like i tunes or something like it thanks

You have to pay $20 a month for Internet browsing. Its not free. Download the CD that you got with it. Go to the media center. Obviously have your phone plugged in and yes turn on mass storage mode. Open your itunes music folder on the left hand side of the screen and drag and drop the songs into your music folder on the right side of the screen. I know it does get confusing but major tip....make sure you get a memory card...honestly don't put anything on device memory. It will really mess the phone up. Then don't forget to format it! That's something they don't tell you! Call customer support to do that. Or just go to Options-Advanced-Media Card-format.
