Blackberry pearl message notification?

How do you change the ringtone on your messages? Where do you go? Because I have checked almost every where and the tone that it is right now is absolutely annoying

From the main screen, go to Profiles. Then go to Advanced. Then select the profile you are using. From there, you will see a list of items you can change. Just click on the one you want to change (messenger, email, text, etc)
