Blackberry pearl question Help!?

Question

Recently my Pearl fell into some water and I haven't been able to get it to work. I did notice that the trackball in the middle is always green. I dunno what to do or where to go. Please help!!

I had the same problem with my phone when I went to the ocean ,all I did was take the back off and the battery and everything out then wrap it in a towel and let it sit for a day or so amd it should dry out
