Blackberry??

Question

im trying to access the internet in my blackberry phone. before it used to work fine but know every time i try to access a web page it says "a problem occured while trying to render the page" . can someone tells me what that means and how can i fix the problem???

It probably just needs to be reset.  Try removing the battery for a second and put it back in.

Clear Cookies, Cache and Pushed Content!

Open your Browser, press your menu key or track wheel then press option and go on to Cache Operations, Clear on any options that you see there. After that remove the battery for 2 seconds, then wait until you get enough signal 2 or 3 bars and either GPRS/EDGE or 1X or 1XEV depending on your carrier.

GO TO YOUR BIS account and resend service books.  try a different browser  i.e.  operamini  also make  sure you have a strong signal
