Blackberry scratches?

i just got a new black blackberry pearl and it fell out of its case and got all scratched up. i dropped it once and it now had like 11 scratches and even a chip. anybody know anything i could do to make it look bran new again? mayeb get touch up paint or something?

there is nothing you can do call the phone company and tell them you got a defective phone and its not working properly they should send you a new one at no cost... hope this helped.

Probably not--I'm sure the case is plastic. You could probably get a cover for it, though.

You can tell I'm from the country. I thought for sure this was a question about first aid for scratches from the thorns on a blackberry bush. LOL! Then I realized it was in the Cell Phones category. :p

Scratch the back of it with a steel brush.  There, now it has that scowled look of brushed aluminum.  Voila!  The more you scratch and butcher it, the better it'll look.  Make it metal!

Your best option is to get a hard case for it so this doesn't happen and you won't notice the scratches. I use a Seido hard case from bberry.com.

Alternatively, you could purchase a skin for it that will cover the scratches and not add much width (but also no protection). Just google Pearl skins for that.
