Blackberry software, can't figure it out?

I shoot video on the thing then drop it on to my desktop but can't play the files because they are 3gpp format. Nothing plays that lame c**p, and the manual says to use the "media manager" tool to import the video files and auto convert to mp3, but the software that came with my phone has no such tool. WTF?
