Blackberry vs Palm for doctors/med students?

Do the majority of doctors use Blackberry or Palm? My main concern is quick access to many pda files and internet.

i must tell u dear Doc that accessing the web on a PDA or blackberry is strictly  EMERGENCY and will never replace the full machine  experience  like a notebook or a PC

so ask urself..do u REALLY need to accces the web while on the move?

if yes then go for ne  good PDA, HTC  r good or ne blackberry

if no ..good old PC is still fine.  and the notebook for mobility

Blackberry's are really good for e-mail, but Palm's/ PDA's are better for work related applications and documents. Spreadsheets, internet, e-mail as well as cell phone usage are all common on PDA's

I personally use the Nokia E61, but im not a doctor, I'm a systems analyst.
