Blackburn Rovers plan sensational swoop for Ronaldinho
Blackburn http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rovers-c40385 have revealed their ambitious plan to bring Ronaldinho to Ewood Park.
The club’s new owners have reportedly offered the player a two-year contract in a deal worth 130,000 pounds per week. If Ronaldinho were to accept, he would become the highest paid player in Blackburn’s history.
The new owners Venky’s have previously stated that they are looking to transform the club into a new power in world football. Their first step was to sack Sam Allardyce to bring in a high-profile manager, something that is yet to be finalised. However, with
their huge bid for Ronaldinho, they have proven that they mean business. If Blackburn are able to land the former Brazilian international, it would be a big boon to their lofty ambitions of breaking into the Europe.
The two-time FIFA World Player of the Year has struggled to break into the starting eleven at AC Milan in recent seasons, with manager Massimiliano Allegri opting to play fellow Brazilian Robinho in his place.
Ronaldinho is almost certain to leave Milan in the January transfer window, prompting some of the biggest clubs in Europe to battle it out for his signature. In the past few weeks, the player seemed destined to return to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 with a move to Gremio; however,
he might just be forced to reconsider his stance.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 but this is confidential. Everything will depend on how negotiations
in Porto Alegre go. If we don't reach an agreement with a club in Brazil, he will return to Milan, as he is still a Milan player. We are not ruling anything out.”
Assis refused to name the other English clubs who are trying to lure Ronaldinho into the Barclays Premier League. However, while he insisted that a move to England was extremely unlikely, he was reluctant to rule out the possibility. We might just see Ronaldinho
in the blue and white of Blackburn after all.
