The Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean will be under further pressure, after his winning streak was brought to end by the resurgent Black Cats. It was a match that Kean thought he had won even before it began, since it was Martin O’Neill’s first match in
charge of Sunderland.
Apart from that, Blackburn Rovers took the lead but lost due to two late goals.
