Blackburn to replace McCarthy with Dindane

Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce wants to snap up the Lens forward Aruna Dindane as a replacement for the West Ham-bound Benni McCarthy. Dindane has been on loan at Portsmouth this season, but with his French parent club unhappy at Portsmouth’s inability to pay a fee for the striker, Lens have turned their attentions towards doing a deal with Blackburn.
