  1. one week? sucks to be on tmobile.

at&t gives you 30 days.past the thirty days and you can do what the second person told you. They will seriously work with you. If you've had the blackjack ii for awhile they can probably still bump you a discount. And if you work or go to school you might get a discount through them too so check (i get one through my university!)

Lastly, you can start making up things wrong with your blackjack. like that the 5 key doesnt always work and it's really frustrating. it works sometimes but not all the time. go through warranty exchange 3 times and then they allow you to pick a different phone to replace it with. I know this only because I had a S****y *** motorola phone and the phone itself was just **** so it kept crapping out everytime i'd get a replacement.

  2. If you've had the phone longer than 30 days, you're out of luck, you can get curve, but you will have to pay for it, close to full price. Go to the store, the salesman will work with you on the price!!!!!!!

  3. I think the only way of trading would be if you just got blackjack and decided you didnt like it, like with t-mobile you have 1 week to trade in if you dont like the phone, but if you've had the phone longer than that you would either have to try to sell you old blackjack to someone to get some $$ for it or there are store's that sell and buy old phones, dont know how much you'd really get for it, but its worth it i guess if you really want the curve.
