Is it a fact that in Missouri casinos are forbidden to bar or harass card counters?

If so, do they impose restrictions on the play of card counters that are not applied to ordinary players?

  1. Card counting is very hard to prove. A casino can ask you to leave if they "suspect" you're cheating. They have security personnel, specially trained to look for "tell signs" of cheaters. You can be barred for life and/or put into a cheat suspect database in which you'll be known throughout the modern, connected world. If you think your "system" is better than the rest... THINK AGAIN and then again. "The house always wins" has several meanings.

  2. All casinos will take action against you if they beleive you are counting cards proficciently,  If they are not allowed to physically remove you from the location via innkeepers rights, they will take action by modifiing the rules of the game.  This is the case in atlantic city due to a case law, i have never heard of it in missouri, but it is possible i suppose.  Regardless of where you are they will take action, and if they cant remove you they will shuffle after a very short number of hands, limit your maximum bet, or limit the number of spaces you can bet on.  which will make the game no longer beatable unless you are very savvy and use unspoken techniquies.
