Blacklight Dance Decorations?

At our high school we are having a blacklight/neon paint dance. I was some how put on the decorations commitee and i need to know what other people think would be good. When i think about this theme, i think about the scene in Miss Congeniality (sp?), where they are at the bar. Any good ideas let me know.

well first of all supply a TON of neon body paint (or regular) at the door so people can paint it on themselves. i did it at mine.

then put black lights everywhere. it doesnt really need a theme.
