Blacklisted Name in dubai?

i was recently taking my egate card and was said that my name is blacklisted. Dose anyone know what could be the reason for a name to be blacklisted? secondlly if the name is blacklisted will he be able to exit the country? what could be the reason for name to be black listed?

You can remove your name from the black list by referring to the Ministry of Interiors in AbuDhabi. I am sure they can help. They always do.
