  1. Pick up all affected leaves and spray weakly with Ortho Funginex. Water in the morning. Effective leaves will not come out of it you can only protect the new ones.

  2. Hi,

I was surfing the Scott"s site and somehow noticed your post.

We were plagued with black spot since we bought our house years ago. We always used Funginex with little effectiveness.  Last year I bought a Double Knock Out Rose. My wife noticed several months later that it was the only rose that didn't have black spot and never got it.  Same this year. Think about this in the future.

My wife got pissed because it was the first rose bush that I ever purchased so she decided to change tactics and used a new fungicide this year. The stuff is called:

    INFUSE Systemic Disease Control

After several applications, we noticed a big difference in the reduction of black spot. The difference is really noticeable. Not a cure but anything helps.

I hope this helps because I am the lucky one in the household who has to pick the diseased leafs!
