Blacktop lot. Used grass killer. How do I get rid of the dead brown grass? Will some sort of acid work?

It is a large church parking lot.

Let nature do the work, after a few rain falls, they would be roted  away. Acid does work, like muriatic acid (from Home Depot ) can melt away them fast but be every careful when using them.

Use a weed-whacker.  It'll dry up and probably blow away.

Best thing to do now is use a weedwacker to cut it down then sweep it up and haul the stuff away.
