  1. Hmmmm, like always i must remind you that I am not a doctor. This should be seen by a doctor. Ok, It can be many things.

First, sometimes when you are on or will begin your mentrual cycle your bladder is extended and can be painful causing also "poo" because the bladder is so swollen it pushes up on the intestines.

Second, you could have a bladder infection. Again since it is swollen pushing up on the intestines causing you to "poo" at void. Many things can cause bladder infections or bladder irritations. Anything acidic like lemon, orange juice will irritate. Coffee and caffine is a bladder irritant.  Spicy foods no good too.

If it is the first scenario, nothing much can be done. Naproxen Sodium found in your drug store is very helpful when you have cramps and this is perscribed in a higher does from the docs. It will help with pain management (cramps) and is amazing for arthritis.( anything that is swollen). Also Ibeprofin works well too!!!! again if the docs Rx you Ibeprofin it be 800mg. Got it good.

If it is second scenario, You can buy Cranberry Juice, no sugar added as natural as possible and drink this all day for days!!!!!! cranberry has stuff in it that relieves the bladder from pain. they also sell AZO pills that are cranberry too. That and a combination of Water will help the pain and wash out any possible future infection that may be arising. Naproxsen and ibeprofin works well too.

If all this fails you will HAVE to see a doctor, like I said it can be many things. Hopefully it  is just the 2 scenarios I mentioned. Please be advised if you have a fever, this means trouble. Your body is giving you signs so if a fever arisies, nausea, chills or disorientation please see the doctor.

    Good luck

  2. You may have a bladder infection (most common complaint).  Or you may be suffering from a stone in the bladder trying to get out.

In either event, you should get a medical examination to make sure that it is not something more serious and get the correct treatment to clear up your problem.

Having to have a bowel movement with extreme pain is a part of the shock associated with the pain.  It tends to loosen our bowels.

Please have a medically trained practitioner treat you for this.
