The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder has been a revelation for the Parisiens this season and the player is pleased with the way things are going for him at the moment

The 25-year-old has cemented his place in Carlo Ancelotti’s starting eleven and has repaid the faith shown in him by the bosses with a number of impressive
performances in Ligue 1 and Europe.
And Matuidi is pleased with his personal performance for the Ile giants and has vowed to continue playing like this in order to help his side as much as possible. While talking to reporters, the Frenchman stated that before the start of the season, he wasn’t
expecting to play so many games in such short span of time. However, the player feels that he has done well on the pitch and has improved as a player.
"I hadn't expected to play so many matches in just half a season but I'm very happy to have stepped up.”
The former Saint-Etienne player added that he has worked really hard to get here and is looking forward to help PSG achieve their objectives this season.
“I like to make the most of times like these and I work hard every day to satisfy the coaching staff and the club.”

“I've made some progress, that's for sure, but there is still a long way to go.”
The 25-year-old added that his personal performance has pleased him to great extent but the player wants to win the Ligue title with PSG and only then he will be satisfied. The midfielder added that PSG’s main priority is to win the Championelle and Matuidi
has vowed to do everything in order to achieve that feat.
“What I'm hoping for above everything else this season is to be celebrating a Ligue 1 title at the end."
