Blank Guns, Can i Remove the Orange Blaze in the front of the Gun or no?

Question

I was looking to buy a (Blank 9mm German PPK)

I also read that they all have a bright Orange Blaze "Plug" just for people to know it's not a real gun.

Do you think if i were to Drill it out it would effect the gun in any way? The pressure is usually released from the side of the Barrel in a Small hole.

So im not sure if it will make any different or Break the gun if i take out the Orange Plug in the Barrel.

By the way the Gun's metal body is made of "Steel Alloy" if that helps at all.

The orange tips on BB guns are usually plastic caps and shouldn't have any affect on the performance of the gun in any way.  If you're still worried about it you could just paint it.  However, you need to check your local laws before removing or painting it because some states require that it's left on and visible.

That marker is there for legal reasons,

(and to keep you from getting shot by 'mistake').

I'd advise you not to mess with it.

'Some places', simple possession of the gun with

the plug removed is a criminal offense.
