Blank LSD/acid blotters?

Question

First and foremost, I'm genuinely looking for answers to my question, not people telling me LSD is dangerous and that I'm wrecking my life. Trust me, I know...

Now...is it normal for an acid blotter to be completely blank/white on both sides? All the acid I've heard of has cartoon characters/colors and designs on the paper. Also, how long does it usually take to dissolve on your tongue? I've waited about 45 minutes - it didn't dissolve, so I dropped it in a glass of purified water about 10 minutes ago, and it hasn't dissolved in there thus far either...did I get ripped off?

i dont think i have ever had a piece of blotter dissolve,i hold it under my tounge then bite it and swallow it and ive seem them blank on bothside

What I remember, from "back in the day," is that not every "manufacturer" puts a mark on their blotter.  Also, it doesn't dissolve.  You merely absorb the chemical from the paper, but the paper remains.

Regarding your last question, "did I get ripped off," well, you'll find out soon enough :)

I've gotten some great acid on thick plain paper.  Had to chew it to get the LSD out.

I have a hunch you've been ripped off. No half decent LSD blotter should be without a multicolored image imprinted on it, the really crappy blotters have simple black & white images and have a lot of insecticide preservatives but you can still have a trip with them.

I have a hunch that you won't experience anything. If you haven't had any effect in 45 minutes after putting it in your mouth and letting the paper crumble; the paper probably had no LSD on it. Hope you didn't pay a lot of $ for the scam.

It is possible you did get ripped off, it could just be blank blotter paper. If it has a strong chemical or bitter taste, its fake. It shouldn't taste like anything. Best way to tell is to consume it. Wait an hour, if it doesn't kick in then it is fake.

Oh and I can't agree that taking LSD will wreck your life.

Don't let the plain white paper fool you, some of the strongest LSD I've ever encountered was the plain white paper. As for the paper dissolving, generally it doesn't, it's best to leave it under your tongue for like 10-15min to let the chemical soak through into the bloodstream from there since it's the most effective way, but past that amount of time you can just swallow it.
