Question:

Blank box on my screen

I'm currently experiencing a 7in long 2 inch wide blank box in the middle of my television viewing screen and I don't know how to make it go away please help. I have a 37 in Olevia TV (480i), and I've called customer support but it goes to a foreign CC rep and you know how that goes.
