where do you put the blank spike on your running shoe? is it different for everyone??

  1. Somtimes its best to leave the blank spike in, even if you do have extra spikes. It just depends on whats comfortable for you...dont let it hurt the ball of your foot though


  2. put it in the center of the rear row of spikes.

    If you have extra spikes then use a spike in all of the holes and don't use the blank.
