Blast Works: How do I use any ship?

Okay, I just ran out and rented Blast Works, Build Trade Destroy. The place I rented it from didn't let me borrow the manual. I am confused. I made a ship, but how do I use it? I haven't done any campaign missions, but I can't figure out how to change my ship! Please help! It has to be back this saturday, so any info is useful!

You can use any ship for the levels you create but not the campaign mode, initially. You need to complete Campaign 4 in Arcade Mode on Pilot difficulty, in order to unlock the "cheat".

Do you mean stage-delay? If you want to make a rocket fly somewhere, pause before exploding, you use that parameter. A lot of this actually isn't in the manual, but on their official site:
