The Borussia Dortmund winger is ecstatic on extending his contract at the Signal Iduna Park and is targeting a successful season next term.

After weeks of uncertainty regarding his contract, the former Wisla Krakow man signed a new deal with his current side to stay at Dortmund for another three years. The player’s previous deal was set to expire at the end of next
season which is why there were rumours of an exit.
Blaszczykowski expressed his delight on outing pen-to-paper on a revised deal. He admitted that he would love to keep playing for the club with which he has witnessed so much success in the past few years. He is targeting more
trophies in the future and is confident that the club will live up to the expectations of the fans.
“I am delighted to be staying in Dortmund. There aren't many clubs who have as many fans and who have achieved what we have over the past two years. I'm delighted about this new contract,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.

the club back in 2007.
“When I came here, Borussia were not as good as they are now. Michael Zorc and the club have done many good things since then. I have played the way I intend to play and that is how things should continue. We also want to achieve
more in the Champions League because we have the quality to do so,” he concluded.
