-Bleach- How many manga chapters in each anime episode?

I am up to 182 in the anime and I got sick of the fillers so i started reading the manga, I just wanted to know how many chapters of bleach are in a single episode, and I also want to know if something is going to happen when the anime catches up with the manga.

  1. on avg i would say theres about 3 chapters in each episode.  they probably wont ever let the anime catch up with the manga, that's why they invented those evil "fillers"
