No, I don't think Ken-chan^^ will ever learn his zanpakuto's name, although there's some possibility

The Shinigami-s (Soul Reapers) come to the human world to hunt Hollows that come there.

Right now, some Captain-class Shinigami-s came to the human world to battle with Aizen and his Arrancars.

nope, ken-chan's too ignorant, he thinks he knows all he needs. but he still beat ichigo to a pulp without releasing his zanpaktou, so he should be fine.  

also the shinigami are on earth to beat up hollows and take lost human souls to soul society.
