Bleach Vice Captain symbols/crest?

What does the flower stand for? I know that the plus sign looking thing is the #10.

Ive seen in when Toushirou released his Gentei Kaijou, the flower sign did appear on his chest..

The flower is the symbol for the 10th Division.

Each Divisions got it's own flower symbols, and like HITMAN says the flower also appears at a captain-class shinigami's chest when they release their limits in the human world.
