Bleach blonde to a natural blonde?

Question

I have bleached blonde parts in my hair now and wanted a more natural light blonde. I picked up some dye from sallys and wanted to know if it would turn out ok if i did this...

also i have some 20 developer but it calls for 40, would it be ok to use 20 or should i go pick up some 40?
