You need a video convertor.

I use http://www.magic-video-software.com/mvc.... to put anime on my i-pod.

You should really use avi as the original though.

rmvb is already compressed and converting it to m4v or mp4 to put on a psp or ipod compresses it even more, the video quality will be bad, and you may have trouble reading subtitles (speaking from personally experience).

http://realitylapse.com/ has Bleach in avi and rmvb formats.

Download the avi, convert, then put them on your psp.
