Bleach soul society question?

Question

if someone dies in the real world, then their body gets buried or whatever, but their SOUL gets sents to soul society. then what happens if someone dies already in soul society?

i'm pretty sure that soul then returns to the real world so its just like one big cycle

The details of it haven't been explained. Rukia says in the early episodes that spirits get reincarnated on Earth when they die. However, that doesn't seem to make sense with how everyone in Soul Society is so scared of dying. The popular theory is that a spirit that is killed "evaporates" into the same spriti particles that make up everything in Soul Society (as seen when Uryu Ishida removes the glove against the Captain of Squad 12), and that the particles are used to make new human souls. In this was, your energy does gradually get recycled for reincarnation, but you still cease to exist as the person you currently are.

The only way he'd actually be in Hueco Mundo is if Rukia didn't actually kill him and some Hollow munched him up or something like that.
