Question:

Bleach teeth with Baking soda?

I have a few questions:

1.Do i mix it with water?

2.How many times do a brush?

3.Should i use regular tooth brush paste before or after using the Baking soda?

  1. just sprinkle some baking soda on your toothbrush. about once a day. but careful! it can bleach ur gums too.... good luck!


  2. Be careful with baking soda. Did you know that it is an abrasive and actually just scrubs off the surface enamel? Try the white strips and be careful of baking soda. I was told never to use baking soda.

  3. Caustic soda would be better. Caustic soda strips the enamel off your teeth, which is the layer that contains the dirt particulates and stains.

    You can gargle Draino for 2-3 minutes every morning before vigorously brushing. This will have your teeth white in no time.
