Bleaching the back hairs?

Question

I wonder if it is possible to bleach the back hairs. I have small thin light patch of hair on my lower middle back, I have neck hairs and then I have a light thin layer on my back. I want to know if it is possible to bleach them to make them less visible.

If possible, where can I do it? (A place or at home?)

How much will it cost me?

and will it stay forever, or do I have to keep bleaching it?

I might wax it, but it would be easier to bleach it since I dont have a lot, just a thin light layer.

I have the same problem, as do most Italians, Greeks, Indians, etc.  So don't stress!  I use a bleaching kit calledd Jolene (that is the brand)  Mine is thin and cant even be felt so there is no use in waxing it.  The kit costs around 8 dollars.  You will have to keep bleaching it as the dark hair grows in.
